Located in an area with easy access to the nearby Happy Valley amusement park and the Wuhan train station, making it convenient for those needing to catch an early train. the hotel is also relatively new with clean, decent, sized rooms and satisfactory breakfast offerings. Guests can also enjoy discounted spa services on the third floor.
The hotel staff lacked the necessary language skills required to cater to English, speaking guests and struggled to process check, out procedures efficiently.

Convenient location near train station and nice buffet with friendly staff. The hotel is easily accessible by taxi and only a short ride away from the train station. The buffet at the hotel's restaurant was great, and the cook was very friendly, offering us many snacks to try. the hotel manager was helpful and spoke English , made our experience all the better.
Nothing, all was good. The hotel provided us with a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel was a great value for money with a solid breakfast offering and friendly staff. the rooms were clean and spacious, and the location was ideal for getting around the city. Conveniently located near restaurants and shopping in the area. the shuttle service was an added bonus for getting around town.
Our room lacked sound insulation, and the noise from other guests in the hotel made it difficult to sleep in the morning. the check-out process was lengthy and stressful, the staff seemed unprepared to handle the volume of guests leaving the hotel.

Great hotel with spacious rooms, good breakfast variety and friendly staff. The laundry and room service were spot on and the A/C worked well. I appreciated the availability of free internet and the TV channels. the hotel had a nice restaurant with a variety of foods.
The shuttle bus could have operated later at night and early in the morning, which would have been convenient for our needs. The hotel was not easy to find from the train station, which caused confusion.
